A customer sent us a set of paper patterns he cut from some card stock, as you can see below. He also indicated the thickness required, bolt holes sizes, and whether or not passages or holes needed to be sealed (copper folded over). For the innter material we used a metal tang reinforced non-asbestos composite head gasket material made with facings from Interface Solutions (USA). You can see the results below:
